- All orders shipped UPS overnight.
- Orders shipped Monday thru Thursday.
- We do not send unhealthy or fresh cut corals.
- All corals will be doubled bagged and professionally packed.
- Orders will be packed according to weather conditions. Please contact us with weather conditions in your area.
- Live arrival is guaranteed. Doa's must be sent within an hour of arrival. Quality photo must be included.
- We are not responsible for bad weather and shipping delays.
- For DOA's that we resend "freebies" will be sent to offset your shipping costs.
- Substitutions are not allowed on doa returns.
- No refunds on doa's. Credit only.
